CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS/WVAH) —
Charleston Police Department’s hybrid unit conducted its latest sting, arresting five people on various charges.
The arrests were made Friday in the areas of Elk City and the Charleston Town Center, according to a news release from police.
Police said two of the five arrested were in possession of needles, and the hybrid unit found discarded needles littering the ground.
