This is the second in a series of City Council candidate answers to questions collected by Common Cause North Carolina and the Citizen-Times. Early voting in the Oct. 10 nonpartisan primary is underway.
In these responses, candidates answer a Common Cause question about their vision for the transit system. Then they answer a Citizen-Times question that asks specifically whether they support a free bus system, as proposed by some candidates.
