The Charleston, South Carolina-based hotel development company has enlisted Nashville-based Summit Constructors for the effort, according to a Metro document.
The permit, if issued, will allow Summit to blast for site preparations and utility lines through June 2018.
Mountain Shore Properties is targeting a first quarter 2018 start, with company principal Stephen Wendell recently telling the Post the construction will require 18 to 24 months. A fall 2019 opening is eyed.
