An Anderson man was arrested Tuesday with 15 pounds of marijuana in his home, according to an Anderson County Sheriff’s Office statement.
Kelvin Mario Lewis, 27, is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and trafficking in marijuana. He remained in custody Thursday at the Anderson County Detention Center.
A search warrant was served on Lewis’ home on Refuge Road near Pendleton, and deputies said they smelled marijuana as they approached the home, according to the Sheriff’s Office statement.
Deputies also found 34 grams of other controlled substances, an AR-15 rifle and three handguns, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
