After an hours-long search, police have arrested homicide suspect Joel Nuno-Cruz.
Police say the 24-year-old is the homicide suspect involved in the OK Corral shooting that took place near Nellis and Owens just one week ago.
Investigators say they knew he was in the area of Tree Line and E. Charleston around 4:35 p.m.
When police spotted him, he ran and was armed with a weapon. Around 9:18 p.m. Joel was arrested and taken into police custody.
The OK Corral shooting victim was identified by the Clark County Coroner’s Office as 24-year-old Alberto Sanchez-Delatorre of Las Vegas. His official cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds and the manner was ruled a homicide.
The investigation initiated by Metro’s Homicide Section indicated there was some type of argument and physical confrontation between the victim and one adult male
