FLORENCE, S.C. — Police arrested a Florence man on Monday night after investigators found just more than 22 pounds of marijuana, a stolen gun and cash while serving a search warrant at a Manor Circle residence.
Shareef Williams, 43, of the 400 block of Manor Circle in Florence, was charged with possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and trafficking marijuana, according to Florence Police Maj. Carlos Raines.
Raines said agents with the Florence Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit found 10,106 grams of marijuana at the home, with a street value of $202,000. Agents also found a .45 cal. semi-automatic pistol that was reported stolen, along with an undisclosed amount of cash, Raines said.
